11:09 PM ~ ISO 800, f2.71, shutter speed 2 sec., post: straightened, resized and sharpened (always sharpen after resizing) Same picture, enhanced...increased color saturation, brightness, contrast, straightened, resized, unsharp mask and sharpened. and possibly some other stuff I don't remember doing, as I saw fit.
The sage this season was a little slow starting and I wondered if it was going to make it, but it seems to have done ok. I don't think it flowered though. I'll probably cut it way back after frost.
Also from the correct date. Somehow I wonder if I should have not been so honest...now having confessed, you may think the whole year has been a farce...perhaps I took all the pictures last year. lol Anyway, the steering wheel cover in my truck...removed from my Blazer when I got rid of it. I always carry an item over from the old vehicle to the new one...never thought about it, but I'm realizing now that's what I do. Cool tradition though, I'll certainly continue it.
Was testing the focus, flash, etc., on the camera. Hasn't seemed too good lately but some of these came out OK so maybe it's just me having to slow down and take my time. I don't usually post exciting and magnificent photos such as this one, but maybe I should try harder to do so. The good news...this was actually taken on 9/16. Ha!
...as the last three days including this one, were taken on 9/13. least they're not all the same subject. And as I'm sure everyone knows, I've cheated like this often, since the beginning!
~~Day 256 (I'm pretty sure)~~ Dark skies behind sunlit trees have always been one of my favorite scenes. Even better when the trees have leaves on them, but this is nice too.
