The burned church, a year later.

Attaching the bottom half of the steeple. They're really making progress! I saw this early in
the day. It wouldn't surprise me if they got the top section of the steeple up today as well.

Here's an update on the progress of rebuilding the church that burned back in May.

Church At The Green

So often, I drive by here and want to take a picture of the church. There are utility wires cutting across it so I always figured I'd wait and work out the best angle, etc. This time with the sun shining on it just right, I couldn't pass it up. I took the picture while sitting at a stop sign. Traffic approaching from behind, I had only a couple seconds to get the shot.
I used Gimp to remove the wires, and PhotoImpression to make other adjustments.
