While my sons and I were at a beach at the end of a nature hike, this young lady and her dog showed up for a jog. I couldn't resist taking this shot (for more than one reason, I admit) of the two of them running side by side in perfect sync.

Cape Cod Canal

Couldn't pass up this view of the canal near the railroad bridge, and the houses on the other side. It's a very scenic location, one of my favorites.
